The ideal candidate is someone with some experience working for another web development firm or software development firm or a similar industry, but this position is open to anyone with a passion for working with customers via the phone, the web and email to update them on the status of their project, gather requirements and other information and help track critical bug reports and other urgent requests from the first contact with the client through to their resolution.
