This site, developed in PHP and MySQL involved not only developing the complete site from the ground-up in Yii, a PHP framework, but also creating a system to collect the real estate listing data from a cloud-based API, and designing and optimizing a highly efficient database that allows users to search and browse over 50,000 real estate listings in less than a second!
