Introducing the Newest Addition to Our Poznań Office: Bartek
Bartosz, or Bartek, is our new Implementation Manager in Poznań. He’s a fan of Thai food, motorcycles, and adventure. Welcome to the team!
Sarah: Where are you from?
Bartek: I’m from Poznań, Poland but I’ve spent my childhood in the countryside near the city.
S: Which one of our offices do you work in?
B: I work in Poznań office of course, and I’m pleased about that.
S: What is your job title?
B: I’m Implementation Manager.
S: What are your responsibilities at work?
B: I work on development processes to improve our work and Magento implementations. I’m also the manager of our development team.
S: How did you get into this line of work?
B: I used to be a Product Owner and Project Manager for 9 years before. After that, my interests started to be closer to people and interactions than product development, so I decided to change my area of work.
S: What is your favorite thing about working at Creatuity?
B: People here are very keen and helpful, we have a lot to do to improve our work and effectiveness, but everyone here is openminded and has the power and willingness to change the current status.
S: If you were on a deserted island and you could only bring 3 things, what would you bring?
B: Something to lit a fire, a fishing rod, and a knife. Would like to survive as long as possible, it also sounds like a good vacation plan 😉
S: Do you have any hobbies?
B: In my spare time, I like to play on the PlayStation, ride a motorcycle, or take an offroad trip in a car.
S: Do you have any pets?
B: Sure, I have a cat called Lucjan, but I wish to have a dog someday.
S: What is your favorite food?
B: I like almost everything, but Italian and Thai cuisine is my favorite.
S: What is your favorite book? B: I usually read professional books, Harvard Business Review Manager’s Handbook is a solid book – I recommend it for all managers.
S: What is your favorite kind of music?
B: I like RAP, mostly polish but I remember about roots from the US 🙂
S: If you had all the money in the world, what would you spend the money on?
B: That would be a huge responsibility. Probably I would spend the money to restore nature and Earth’s ecosystems.
S: Would you rather fight one horse sized duck or 100 duck sized horses?
B: Horse-sized duck, would be funny.
S: If you could have any superpower what would it be?
B: I would like to fly, to see many beautiful places and how people live.
S: What is your dream vacation?
B: Motorcycle trip across Europe.
S: What motivates you?
B: When ideas become a fact.
