The 90-Day E-Commerce Sprint

Make your next 90 days obvious.

For e-commerce managers and directors who need a prioritized plan they can actually execute — plus an exec-ready narrative to get buy-in.

$2,000 one-time

Led by Joshua Warren — in e-commerce since 1999, founder of Creatuity (2008). Our sprint process is built on decades of helping commerce teams get executive buy-in, prioritize what actually moves the needle, and ship no-fluff deliverables.

What you walk away with

Three outcomes that change how your next quarter goes.

Clarity

Positioning and priorities locked. You'll know exactly what to focus on and why — no more guessing which initiative matters most.

Alignment

An exec-ready narrative that gets leadership on the same page. Stop selling your plan internally — hand them a story they can champion.

Execution

A weekly operating rhythm so the plan doesn't die in a slide deck. You'll know what to do this week, next week, and every week after.

Concrete deliverables

No fluff. Here's exactly what you receive.

One-Page Q1 Plan

Your entire quarter on a single page. Priorities, milestones, and owners — clear enough to pin on the wall.

KPI Focus (2–3 Metrics)

The two or three metrics that actually matter for your business right now. No vanity dashboards.

Prioritized Initiative Backlog

6–10 initiatives ranked by impact. You'll know what to do first, what can wait, and what to cut.

Exec-Ready Narrative

A stakeholder buy-in plan you can hand directly to your VP or C-suite. Their questions, pre-answered.

Weekly Operating Rhythm

A repeatable cadence so execution stays on track week after week. No more "we'll get to it next sprint."

How it works

Three steps. No scope creep.

1

90-Minute Working Session

We dig into your current state, goals, constraints, and team dynamics. This isn't a discovery call — it's a working session where we build the plan together.

2

Deliverables Produced

Within 5 business days, we produce all five deliverables: your one-page plan, KPI focus, initiative backlog, exec narrative, and operating rhythm.

3

30-Minute Readout Call

We walk through everything together, answer questions, and make sure you're ready to execute from day one.

Is this right for you?

Good fit

  • You're an e-commerce manager or director who owns the roadmap
  • You have too many priorities and need to focus
  • You need executive buy-in for your plan
  • You want an outside perspective from someone who's done this hundreds of times
  • You're ready to commit 90 minutes to the working session

Not a fit

  • You need hands-on implementation or development work
  • You're looking for ongoing retainer-style advisory
  • You don't have decision-making authority over the roadmap
  • You're pre-launch and haven't started selling yet

Scope

Crystal clear on what's included and what's not.

What's in

  • 90-minute working session
  • All five deliverables (plan, KPIs, backlog, narrative, rhythm)
  • 30-minute readout call
  • Prioritization framework tailored to your business

What's out

  • Hands-on implementation or development
  • Technical audits or code reviews
  • Ongoing advisory or retainer work
  • Platform migration or replatforming strategy

Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take?

From the working session to final readout, expect about one week. The working session is 90 minutes, deliverables are produced within 5 business days, and then we schedule a 30-minute readout call.

What do I need to prepare?

Come ready to talk honestly about your current priorities, team structure, and what's blocking progress. No slide deck or pre-work required — we'll guide the conversation.

Is this specific to a particular e-commerce platform?

No. The sprint is platform-agnostic. Whether you're on Shopify, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or a custom build, the prioritization and planning process works the same way.

Can I bring my team to the working session?

Yes — in fact, we encourage it. Having 1–2 key team members in the session makes the output stronger and builds buy-in from the start.

What if I need implementation help after?

The sprint is a standalone engagement. If you'd like ongoing support, we can discuss our other services — but there's no obligation or upsell built into the sprint.

What's the refund policy?

If we haven't started the working session, you can get a full refund. After the session, we're committed to delivering — and so are you.
